Returning players can log in using the Login button in the top-right corner of the site. Enter the username and password you set at registration, then click the button to access your account. The process is the same on desktop and mobile browsers, and there is no separate app login to manage.
Forgot Your Password?
If you cannot remember your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login screen. Enter the email address associated with your account and Red Stag will send you a reset link. Follow the link in that email to create a new password. If you no longer have access to the registered email address, contact customer support via live chat for assisted account recovery.
Forgot Your Username?
Your username was set during registration and is not the same as your email address. If you have forgotten it, the easiest recovery path is to contact support through live chat or email. Have your registered email address and some account details ready to verify your identity before the team can assist.
Account Locked?
Accounts can be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. If this happens, wait a short period and try again, or contact support directly to have the lock lifted manually. Accounts can also be suspended due to outstanding KYC verification requirements. If your first withdrawal request is pending a document check, your login access remains active but withdrawal processing is paused until identity verification is complete.
